Hello All!

I wanted to send an e-mail to let you all know how I am doing!

I cannot believe that my first year is almost over (30 days to go)! I feel as though I have learned a lot this year!

I feel as though I have written and attended a million IEP meetings, and it is interesting to see how each one is completely different than the next! I truly love working in this district. I love my students and feel as though I am always laughing as they are so funny (I especially love how a few of my students have asked, "Miss Amy, what do you do for your job?"). I am really enjoying myself and welcome each new challenge as a learning experience for future reference.

I am really excited and proud of one of my 4th graders! She participated in the first part of the Braille Challenge and made it to the finals, which are in L.A. on June 19-21. She is a hard and dedicated worker, who I am sure will win!
