Fill out the Conference Registration Form below, print the form and mail it with your check or purchase order to:

Advance registration must be postmarked no later than February 27, 2009. Registration after this date must be done in person. No refunds after February 27. Early registration is recommended since enrollment is limited to 300 participants.
Clock hour certificates will be available for all conference attendees.
